If only a vampire could sleep, she would enjoy waking up to the sunrise that was been showing to her by nature. These humans did not understand how lucky they were, never having to worry about the important things of life. The sunrise was a beautiful thing to see, and every morning Adrianna would find a place to watch such an event, even if she was running between places. Today she was sat on a rock on the out-shirks of the forest, this was her chosen spot to watch such a natural beauty. Adrianna could watch it in her garden, but then her garden would have no other meaning to her, the place she created was her sanctuary away, the place created in memory of the human family she had lost. Her heart would never beat, she was cold inside, and she was forever doomed to be freezing. Of course she was happy her daughter had found her eternal mate, but Adrianna was forever frozen at the age of forty-three and as far as she could think was that she was the oldest naturally aged vampire in this world, all of the ones she had encountered were frozen in a youthful age.
Someone had once told her that she would have to choose what you win and lose because she could not have everything she wanted. No matter how much she was unhappy being alone; Adrianna wanted her daughter to find happiness, even If it was not her. She had taken chances because she would regret them if she didn’t, Adrianna could just stand on the side lines and watch as her eternity pass by. But she would not break down; eventually she would find a place she would be at peace no matter what that price was. Though there was one price she was never willing to pay.
Her daughter.
The sun was nearly raised now, the clouds soon covering it up, the sparkle upon her skin was minimal. Adrianna was dressed in another simple outfit; it consisted of a black pencil skirt, a dark blue top completed with a dress black jacket and black stylish heels. Silently she stood up and started to walk at human pace, it was if she was walking through a dream, she could see every single little thing through her crimson eyes, smell the scent of the forest. This would have been paradise to any human, but this was an uninteresting world now, even if it could contain her peace. Truthfully, Adrianna would offer up her life to find her soul once again, to find the world the Olympic Coven had found. Adrianna had heard of them, how close they were all being able to be close. Adrianna wanted that, she wanted to be able to hunt without feeling guilt. She only lived a short run away, and she was sure that they knew she was here; it was only a matter of time before she was forced into a confrontation.
“You must stop dwelling Adrianna.” She spoke to herself in her old British accent. She had never found the need to change it because even though she did interact with humans, it was very limited. It was for their own safety as well as her own, you never know what could be watching you. When Adrianna did hunt, she would make sure that it was outside Forks.
