Before Change:
Alice had always been of a miniature stature. Nothing health wise was ever wrong with her though. Although she was sent to a mental institution for having visions. She had always had light skin, but nothing compared to her current shade of pale. As a child she always wore her hair long, but when she got put into the mental institution they had shaved her head. Alice had hazel eyes before she was changed, although she can't remember it.
After Change:
Alice now stands at 4'10" and a very thin stature. Her hair is short, and she spikes and twirls it in girly fashions. Her hair is so short because she had started to grow it back from being in the institution. Now Alice wears all of the most fashionable clothes and has all of the added perks of being a vampire. Nothing really looks bad on Alice, but she doesn't take advantage of that. Alice wears makeup, but not very much. Alice always had grace, but after the change she is often referred to as dancing whenever in movement. Her voice, too, was enhanced, and she often sings three octaves higher then whatever key anyone is singing in... and does it well.
Vampiric Beauty:
Alice Naturally has all the perquisite of appearance in being a vampire. She is built to kill, and adorned to attract her prey. Little, though, does Alice use this, if at all. Alice has the standard vampiric pieces to her puzzle. Her skin is pale, and smooth as silk, yet hard as steel. Her eyes are an undeniably beautiful gold which enthrall even the most unimpressed of the bunch. Her eyes will turn black, though, when not fed appropriately. If Alice did slip up any time soon her eyes would turn a deep and menacing crimson due to the blood that would flow through her system. As a vampire, though, she does have dark purplish bruise-like circles under her eyes.

Impish:
Alice tends to be a bit mischievous when it comes to planning things. She Loves to keep little secrets like surprise parties and any kind of surprises actually. Alice's impish tendencies are completely good-hearted. She only plays around like this as fun, and knows when she should not do so. The pixie-like lady bounces around like a little sprite and causes some to wonder what she is up to. Of course Alice turns on the charm, and is a very likable person despite these frisky drifts.
Fashionable:
Fashion is something that Alice knows without one single doubt. It would be a surprise to find Alice with her knows in the latest Italian Vogue, or on the sidewalks of the hottest shopping mall. Alice loves fashion, and everything about it. She doesn't let herself get behind trend, but instead sets trends unintentionally. Alice knows what looks good, and is rarely (if ever) a beat off. The fashionista makes sure that everyone else keeps looking their best too. She often buys new clothes for someone else if she sees some that are up to par. Alice gets very irked if somebody defies her clothing advice or hints. It bothers her deeply when people do not understand fashion, but instead throw on shorts and a dirty t-shirt from yesterday and think its fine! Alice can get quite worked up over such things, but instead takes revenge by taking away such clothes and loading the closets with new ones.
Persistent:
The future is unstable, Alice understands that, but having the visions she has keeps her persistent in her ways. Alice knows what she wants, Alice knows what is best and will most certainly do it no matter what other people say. There are few people who have opinions that Alice would take into consideration before doing something, but for the most part Alice moves on on her own. The petite woman goes after what she thinks is right, and due to her foresight things turn out better then expected.
Vivacious:
Happiness is something that Alice knows she couldn't live without. Alice doesn't know how to live completely unhappy because she has things that no one else could possibly have. She has Jasper, and she has her family. Sure there can be times where things might go wrong, or something might prove difficult but Alice has never been one to think about that getting in her way. Alice loves to keep herself happy, but loves even more when she sees Jasper happy, or Edward happy. Alice not only likes to live in her world of sunshine, but make sure that other people have it too. Sometimes this might cause Alice to seem a little overbearing but it's just how she is. Her bubbly personality is what some people love, and others can find annoying.
Protective:
There are many things that she feels she has to protect. One of them is Jasper. While he's not actually a thing, he is the most important aspect of her life. Whenever Alice sees Jasper stressed or angst-ridden as he can get, it sort of breaks her heart. But she moves on from her self to try to make him feel better, or at the least remind him that he has her, hah. Alice would also dread the demise of any individual of her family. They are hers, and the only family besides a sister and a niece that Alice has. Alice doesn't even remember her sister, and can't find her niece, so the Cullen's are family that Alice truly does treasure. This protectiveness does not only remain for her family and spouse, or people in general. Alice is also quite protective over her clothes, parties, and habits. The shopaholic hates to see nice clothes ruined, unless they are meant for the purpose. She also hates to see something wreck a party that she has planned. And whenever somebody tries to knock Alice's ideas or habits she can get quite defensive. But the happy person that Alice is most of the time moves on.
Optimistic:
There is always hope for Alice. Maybe it has something to do with Alice being able to see the future, and knowing that it can change. If the future was not as fickle as she knew it Alice might not have this optimistic outlook like she does. In her mind she knows that things can always get better, and she ignores that things can get worse. But along with knowing that things could be better, she is quite content with what she has. Alice is playful, and vivacious and tries to make everyone as happy as she is. There is so much, to Alice, that is worth looking forward too, even if you see it, or the person, everyday. –

-Mary Alice Brandon was born April 24th, 1901 in Biloxi Mississippi. Alice can not remember one thing about her early life, but instead has found certain things out through documents. Alice knows she had a sister growing up, and her name was Cynthia Brandon. Alice had traveled back to Biloxi in search of where her sister may be buried but hadn't found a tombstone. Alice also knows that she has a niece who is most likely passed or quite old. The pixie like girl wishes she could remember more of her past and is somewhat tortured by the thoughts of it. But Alice doesn't let it control her life. Besides a family tree she had gotten word on her source of change and location.

Alice had been held in a mental asylum when she was 18 years old. Her parents had put her there because of her ability to see into the future, but Alice concluded her parents must have thought her to be insane. Hence the mental asylum. At the mental asylum Alice stayed to herself for the most part, there were never any remarks of bad conduct, or anything of a harmful nature. Alice grew on a janitor who was working there, whose name she can not find but for some reason she has a feeling his name begins with a J. This janitor turned out to be of a different species, unfamiliar to the living human race. Alice doesn't remember this man, and seems to have a huge block in her memory whenever she thinks of him.

There was another vampire though, James, who was a hunter. James saw that this janitor took a liking to the imp like girl, and saw it as a challenge. It was like a spectacular game of cat and mouse. At every chance James had he tried to get a hold of Alice, but fortunately did not succeed before the other vampire had caught on. The man changed Alice and set her free from the asylum before James could get his hands on her. There were consequences though, and Alice couldn't help but feel responsible. James had killed Alice's admirer, instead of her.

While Alice had lived alone, and confused she dealt with her visions of the future, following them wherever they would take her. Her visions were shockingly stronger after her change. She, too, was shockingly stronger. For such a little body she could not believe the strength she possessed. Along with these gains came the loss of her memory, something that she still wishes for. But Alice had new memories to be made, and they started with another one of her wild visions. While Alice was traveling in the Philadelphia area she had a vision of a blonde vampire who was looking for her. She knew that he didn't know that he was looking for her, but Alice having the ability she had knew that there was something there for her too. Alice went to the diner and waited for him to come.

It was a long while before Alice saw him walk through the diner door. She smiled, immediately knowing who he was. Alice met him face-to-face. Even though her stature was small her personality boomed, as it always had. She remembers quite clearly when she told him that he had kept her waiting a long while. From the moment he bowed his head and said "I'm sorry ma'am" it was all over. She offered her his hand, and seemed to understand her immediately. He took it. From then on they traveled together, and as the days and weeks and months went by she grew to know Jasper better then she had known anyone else. She fell in love with Jasper, and it didn't quite surprise her. Sure, she had her visions but she never truly foresaw how much she could love one individual.

Alice's visions continued, and eventually truly assisted the pair in finding Carlisle. Carlisle had taken them in, and they were the newest additions to the Cullen coven. Alice, along with Jasper, traveled with the Cullen's and was quick to adore her new family. She saw Esme as her mother figure, something she had purely forgotten, and she saw Rosalie, Emmett, and Ed as her brothers. And of course she saw Carlisle as another forgotten family member, a father almost. Alice didn't really have to learn to appreciate her family, as she was immediately enthralled with all of their ways and personalities. Alice had eventually got used to how they act, and has a great connection in her visions with them.

Alice and Jasper have been together since at least the 1950's. Alice got married to him, but only once. She still continues to help plan weddings for Rosalie and Emmett, though. Once, for Alice and her soul-mate, was enough. Sure, she could throw parties, but it wasn't the same as wedding. Alice has never seen herself getting married again in a vision yet. Alice is very watchful over Jasper, she keeps tabs on him in her visions. She knows what a tough time he has and only wants for him to have an easier time dealing with human blood. Alice would do anything to make it easier for him, but with him being the youngest he will undoubtedly have a harder time then the rest of them. –

"But, I don't understand this...". A shrill voice rang from the solemn graveyard in Biloxi. A small women, a couple inches off 5 feet, and quite fragile looking, stood in front a grave. This epitaph read 'Here lies Mary Alice Brandon, too quickly she has gone.' The woman in miniscule height stepped forth, to touch her grave. How would they have known she was gone yet? The woman, Alice, wondered how they could know if it was only recently that she had gone missing. Even more shocking then the statement on the grave stone, her grave stone, was the date of death. The date was the day she was sent to the mental institution.

Alice shook her head and sat up straight in her seat. The waiting room was empty except herself and Jasper. They were waiting for Carlisle, Alice had recently had another vision about another little escapade the Volturi were making. She had begun to day dream and had wandered back off to the day that she had found her grave stone. Alice saw Jasper turn his head to look at her when she tensed up like she had. She gave an effortless smile and shook her head quickly, acknowledging his concern. There was nothing wrong now, she just had a bad memory and it was only for a moment. The pixie's poise returned almost immediately as soon as snapped out of her almost pity party.

"Let's just go find him. They'll understand." Alice stood up, taking Jaspers hand and trying to tug him along. She was so tiny that she made everyone look at least a little bigger then they were. Her hair was in perfect fashion, and she was wearing a sweet little yellow sweater that was form fitting, and a pair of couture jeans. She danced around the front secretary area to find Carlisle, when becoming too impatient. The nurses watched and Alice could sense their looks, but they did nothing to stop her.

The fact was that this was an important vision that Alice had had. One that could determine many things in their lives. The sooner Carlisle knew about this, the better. There would be no way that Carlisle could make any decisions about what to do if he didn't know about it. She had already tried to call him, but he hadn't picked up his phone. The nurses were being unusually slow with relaying a sense of urgency to him, also. Maybe it was just to this abnormally hyperactive mind of an impish vampire, but it felt like forever. Then again they did have forever, unless the Volturi decided to step in. Oh, Alice wanted forever.-
